    Postnatal informed group fitness, with your baby or toddler in tow! Expect a throwback playlist, fun and energy with modifications for any baby’s temperament and any stage of motherhood. Suitable for from 6 weeks postpartum. No prior experience needed!

  • Post Natal Core Recovery Programs

    Slow down to speed up - in this small group setting we’ll reconnect with your core and pelvic floor to rebuild your foundation from the inside out - stronger and more connected than ever. Set in our beautiful countryside location. Suitable from 4 weeks postpartum.

  • Small Group Personal Training

    Detailed movement coaching in a supportive small group environment set in our beautiful countryside location. Learn how your body works and become your own mechanic, learn to lift weights and get fit for life. Daytime and Evening sessions available, with or without kids!

  • One-to-One Online Coaching

    High level results for time-poor women who don’t want to settle. We weave high-touch 1:1 support through the ebbs and flows to help you build a resilient mindset, with a tailored 1:1 training program made with your body, preferences, schedule and equipment at the centre.

  • Anika's small group PT sessions have been great and just what I needed to work on my fitness postpartum and I have made so much progress already! She works with you to reach your goals and targets exercises to improve any aches/pains as well as rebuilding your core strength! Its so hard to find opportunities to work out with your baby and Anika creates a really baby friendly environment in both these sessions and her Barbells and Buggies class. Definitely recommend!!

  • I've really enjoyed going to both the Small Group PT sessions and the Buggies and Barbells classes and am so glad some friends persuaded me to come. I've always shied away from group classes but this one is different. Anika gets to know you and your abilities to ensure that you have a good time and make the most out of her class. I’m Anika - Mum and Pre- and Postnatal certified Personal Trainer

When I was looking to get back into exercise after my first baby - even as a Personal Trainer with years of experience - I felt it too: nothing felt made for me.

I started to wonder why there was nowhere to do my training that would allow me to bring my baby - certainly not a crawling, walking or crying one!

And I couldn’t see anywhere that would give me the sort of expert postnatally informed movement coaching, genuinely supportive community and endorphin-filled good vibes I was craving.

I was totally stumped as to how I’d ever get to train consistently again, let alone enjoy training and train with purpose for all the benefits I knew it used to bring to my life.

The two options I could see were either to piece together a bunch of random stuff to kind-of-make-it-work or accept that my best days were behind me.

So I built something better.

It’s really quite simple: High level fitness coaching where your postpartum body is the foundation, not an afterthought. A community where you can be fully yourself - supported, celebrated, and stronger than ever.
